1953 Studied art of Bilston College of Art, England
1968 Returned to Famagusta, Cyprus
1974 During the Turkish invasion of Cyprus Thraki and her family leave Famagusta spending 10 months in the Angio Refugee Camp, Dhekealia. In the meantime their son returns to England, and they move to Limassol. They subsequently move to Platres and then to Nicosia (1982-1989)
1989 Moved to Lembba, Paphos
1980 Began her artistic career
1995 Receives Russian Order of Merit
1999 Receives a Gold Badge for her cultural services to the Serbian State
