"For me, Naif painting it’s been always a synonym of joy. I like telling small stories about simple characters, in a composition that reflects the everyday bliss of life. I mostly find inspiration in the memoirs of my infancy, the presence of my grandparents and conventional day-to-day jobs and professions. Humour is essential in my artwork and it’s what defines every single of the situations revealed in the painting. My best resources are cute animals and pets, which are the ones who make all the playfulness in the scene. All the characters and situations I create are immerse in a detailed scenario where miniature figures are performing small acts, and all together compose a magic design that attracts the observer and invites to stay watching and  discovering".
